Duplicate check
Autessa Booth Capture checks for duplicate leads before you save: if the event already has someone with the same email, phone or name, it asks “Already on the list?” with Open theirs or Add anyway. Saved leads that look like an earlier guest are flagged dup.
The problem
Two reps, one visitor, two leads
Popular visitors stop at the booth twice and talk to two reps. Without a check you get duplicate leads, duplicate CRM contacts and two follow-up emails. Booth Capture catches it at capture time.
