Lead qualification · Autessa Booth Capture
Hot, Warm, Cold and deadlines
Every Autessa Booth Capture lead is rated Hot, Warm or Cold, by AI from the voice note or by the rep, and the rating sets a follow-up deadline: 24 hours for Hot, 48 hours for Warm and 7 days for Cold. Each lead then shows when it is due or overdue.

Hot leads go cold in the hotel bar
After a show, everyone follows up “next week”, and the person who wanted a demo tomorrow has already talked to someone else. Deadlines tied to the rating make the hottest leads the loudest ones in the list.
What you get
- How warm? buttons: Hot, Warm, Cold, on capture and on every lead.
- Unrated leads say so, so nothing silently looks qualified.
- Deadlines: Hot 24 hours, Warm 48 hours, Cold 7 days.
- Due labels on every row: overdue, due now, N hours left, N days left.
- The wrap-up counts hot, warm, cold and unrated, and flags late and hot leads still owed a follow-up.
- The rating records whether AI or a person set it.
