Lead qualification · Autessa Booth Capture
Spoken qualification
Autessa Booth Capture qualifies trade show leads from what you say: AI pulls what they need, their say in the decision, their timeline and what was agreed out of the voice note, and rates the lead Hot, Warm or Cold. There is no qualification form to fill in at the booth.
WHAT YOU SAID
“She runs ops at Keystone, the CFO signs off. They need to get rid of paper work orders across 40 sites, want it live before Q2. I promised a demo next Tuesday.”

The problem
Qualification forms are where booth data goes to die
Lead retrieval apps ask reps to tap through survey questions with a visitor standing in front of them, so most leads end up with nothing filled in. The rep already says these things out loud. Booth Capture listens and extracts them.
What you get
- Four conversation fields: what they need, their say in the decision, timeline, and what was agreed.
- A Hot, Warm or Cold rating from the same voice note.
- Shown on the lead as Needs, Their say, Timeline and Agreed lines.
- Every field is editable under The conversation, and a person’s rating replaces the AI’s.
- Each rating records whether it was set by AI or by a person.
- The follow-up email is written from these fields.
How it works
How does spoken qualification work in Booth Capture?
- STEP 1
Say it in the voice note
For example: “Needs a pilot for 40 sites, she runs ops but the CFO signs, wants it before Q2, I promised a demo next week.”
- STEP 2
AI extracts it
The Badge Scanner fills need, their say, timeline and the agreed next step, and suggests a rating.
- STEP 3
A deadline is set
The rating sets a follow-up deadline.
- STEP 4
Adjust if needed
Change the rating with How warm? or edit The conversation.

AI assist
What AI does here
The Badge Scanner agent reads the voice note with the photo and typed fields and returns the qualification block. A person can always change it, and their rating wins.
AI fills empty fields and drafts; people decide what is saved and what is sent.

FAQ
Questions about spoken qualification
Can I qualify trade show leads by voice?
Yes. Say what you learned in a voice note and AI extracts need, decision role, timeline and next step, and rates the lead.
Can I add my own qualification questions?
Booth Capture uses four fixed conversation fields plus the rating, so every lead is qualified the same way. Anything else goes in the notes or the voice note.
Can I override the AI’s rating?
Yes. Tap Hot, Warm or Cold on the lead. A person’s rating replaces the AI’s.
Try spoken qualification at your next show
AI pulls what they need, their say in the decision, their timeline and what you agreed out of the voice note, so every lead is qualified without a form.
