Voice notes
Autessa Booth Capture includes voice notes: record up to three minutes about who someone is and what you talked about, and AI fills the contact fields, writes the notes and extracts the qualification from what you said. You can capture with a voice note only, or add voice notes to a lead later.
The problem
Reps remember the conversation, not the form
The useful part of a booth conversation is what they need, who decides and when. Reps say these things out loud easily and type them almost never. A voice note captures the detail while it is fresh, and AI turns it into structured fields the CRM can use.
What you get
- Record inside Quick Capture, start a Voice note only capture, or Add voice note to a saved lead.
- Up to 180 seconds, with a live waveform, playback before saving and a warning if it sounds silent.
- AI fills empty contact fields and the notes from what you said.
- Qualification is pulled out: need, their say in the decision, timeline and agreed next step, plus a rating.
- Later voice notes are kept for playback (duration, who recorded it and when) and written up as a short note on the lead.
- If the phone blocks the microphone, “Record with your phone instead” uses the device recorder.
- A half-finished recording is picked up again if the phone sleeps.
