Questions about the lead record
Can I add notes after the conversation?
Yes. Add note or Add voice note on any lead. Voice notes are kept for playback and written up as a note.
Can I undo a delete?
Yes. A deleted lead shows an Undo bar for 12 seconds.
Who can edit or delete a lead?
Sales managers and administrators.
