Offline capture
Autessa Booth Capture includes offline lead capture: every capture is written to the phone first and sent in the background when the connection returns. It keeps capturing when the convention Wi-Fi drops and even while you are signed out, and a half-finished capture is restored if the phone sleeps.
The problem
Convention center Wi-Fi fails exactly when the booth is busiest
Thousands of phones on one network means uploads stall at the worst moment. A capture app that needs the network to save is an app that loses leads. Booth Capture saves locally first and treats sending as a separate, patient background job.
What you get
- Captures, photos and voice notes are saved on the phone before anything is sent.

How does offline capture work in Booth Capture?

Booth Capture loads inside Autessa and caches your events.

Capture as usual
With or without a connection. Queued captures appear at the top under Sending or Waiting for a connection.

It sends when it can
The background sender drains the queue as soon as there is a connection.

AI catches up
Badge reading and qualification run once the capture has been sent.
