Lock, archive and wiki admin
Autessa Community gives you wiki governance without a separate tool. Moderators lock the pages that must not drift, such as policies, and archive stale ones, and admins manage every page in every wiki from one table with search and filters. Every lock, unlock, archive and restore is in the moderation log.
The problem
An open wiki needs a few guard rails
Letting everyone edit keeps a wiki alive, but a travel policy should not change because someone was in a hurry, and a three-year-old runbook should not look current. Locking and archiving solve both without closing the wiki.
What you get
- Lock a page: members can read it but not edit it; moderators still can.
- Locked pages show a Locked badge.
- Archive a page that is out of date; it shows an Archived badge and leaves the active tree.
- The admin Wiki table lists every page in the company wiki and every community wiki.
- Search titles and filter by wiki and by status, then lock or unlock from the row.
- Every governance action is recorded in the moderation log.

FAQ
Questions about lock, archive and wiki admin
Can I stop people editing a policy page?
Yes. Lock it. Members can still read it, and moderators can still edit it.
What does archiving a page do?
It marks the page as archived with a badge, so nobody mistakes it for current guidance. It can be restored.
Can admins see every wiki page in one place?
Yes. The admin Wiki table lists every page in every wiki, with search and filters by wiki and status.
