Hotline page text

Autessa Ethics Hotline lets the committee edit what the public hotline page says: the organization name, the introduction, what to report, the emergency note and what happens after a report is sent. Leave any box empty and the hotline uses plain standard text.

Why it matters

The hotline should sound like your organization

Your policy may name specific concerns, a different emergency number or a promised response time. Reporters trust a page that matches the handbook. Editing the words should not need a developer, a ticket or a redesign.

What you get

  • Five editable blocks: organization name, introduction, what to report, emergency note, after a report is sent.
  • Empty boxes fall back to tested standard text.
  • Generous limits: up to 2,000 characters for the longer blocks.
  • Changes show on the hotline straight away.
  • Every save is logged.

How it works

How does hotline page text work?

  1. Open Settings, Hotline page text

Each block is a labeled box with the current wording.

  2. Edit in plain words

Keep it short; the page is read by people who are often anxious.

  3. Save

The Save button lights up when there are changes.

FAQ

Questions about hotline page text

Can we customize our ethics hotline page?

Yes, the words. The committee edits the organization name, introduction, what to report, emergency note and after-submit note in Settings; empty boxes use the standard text.

Can we change the emergency instructions?

Yes. Edit the Emergency note, for example to add a local emergency number or a security desk.

Do changes need a developer?

No. Save in Settings and the hotline shows the new wording straight away.

Give your people a safe way to speak up.

The committee edits what the hotline page says (organization name, introduction, what to report, emergency note and what happens after sending), with plain standard text as the fallback.
