How it works
How employee directory works in Homebase
Open the directory
People → Directory lists everyone who works here, with photo, title, department and location.
Search or filter
Type part of a name, title or email, or filter by department, location, type (employee or contractor) and status.
Pick your view
Switch between cards and a table. In the table every column sorts. On a phone you get cards.
Share the view
Filters live in the address, so a link like the contractors view opens exactly that list for a colleague.
Open a profile
Select anyone to see their profile, manager chain, reports and teams.

Questions about employee directory
Does Autessa Homebase have an employee directory?
Yes. Everyone can search and filter the company directory by name, title, email, department, location, type and status.
What can colleagues see in the directory?
Name, photo, title, team, department, manager, location and work contact details. Personal details are never shown there.
Does the directory work on phones?
Yes. On a phone the directory shows cards, with the same search and filters.
Can I share a filtered list?
Yes. Filters are kept in the page address, so you can send a link that opens the same filtered view.
