Autessa IT Desk
Service catalog and requests
Autessa IT Desk includes a service catalog with dynamic order forms, approvals, and request fulfillment through requests, requested items and catalog tasks, with onboarding and offboarding built in.
Why it matters
What does service catalog and requests cover?
Build a service catalog with order forms, route approvals, and deliver requests through task templates, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
Most IT work is not broken things, it is requests: a laptop, an app, access, a new starter. The service catalog turns each of those into a form, an approval and a set of tasks with owners and due dates, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
Who works here
IT administrators build the catalog; employees order from it; approvers decide; IT agents and assignment-group members, like HR, work the catalog tasks.
