Recap emails to participants
Autessa Meeting Recorder emails a meeting recap to participants automatically. When a recording's summary is ready, each participant receives an email with their own link to the summary, the recording and the transcript, and you can resend it any time with Resend to participants.
The problem
Notes nobody receives do not change anything
The value of a meeting summary is that everyone leaves with the same understanding and the same action items. Sending it should not depend on someone remembering. Meeting Recorder sends the recap the moment it is ready.
What you get

- The link opens the shared recording page: summary first, then media, transcript and participants.

Who receives the recap email?
The meeting's participants, each with a personal link. To send it to someone who was not there, use Share with recipients.
Can I send the recap again?
Yes. Click Resend to participants on the recording.
Do recipients need an Autessa account?
No. The link opens a page anyone can read, protected by the link itself and, if required, a one-time code.
