Burn and save ยท Autessa Redact
Save redacted copies to Drive
Autessa Redact saves each redacted PDF straight into Autessa Drive. You choose a Drive and folder and a file name, and the redacted copy becomes an ordinary Drive file with versions, sharing and search. Redact remembers where you saved last time.
The problem
Redacted copies scattered across downloads folders
When redaction ends in a download, the clean copy lives on someoneโs laptop and the next person has to ask for it. Saving into a shared Drive folder means the redacted copy is where your team, your tools and your agents already look, with access that follows the folder.
- Pick any Drive and folder you can write to, in a folder picker inside the burn dialog.
- The default folder is Redacted/, and Redact remembers your last choice.
- The saved file is an ordinary Drive file: versions, sharing and search work like any other.
- Access follows the folder you saved to.
- Your files shows Saved to Drive with the file name and folder, and a link to open it.
- Agents and tools you share the folder with can read the redacted copy, never the original.
