Themes, favorites and onboarding
Autessa Vision lets each person make it their own: themes (Light, Dark, Teal, Violet, Emerald and Rose), a personal theme override for any board, and a starred board that opens on launch. New people get a guided tour that walks them through creating a team, a task, a sprint and a project for real.
The problem
New tools fail in the first ten minutes
If a new teammate opens a tracker and does not know where to start, they go back to chat. Vision’s tour has them do the core flow themselves, and small personal touches make the tool feel like theirs.
What you get
- Six themes, including a dark theme, picked on your Profile under Appearance.
- Click a selected board in the sidebar to give that board its own theme; only you see it, and Use my default clears it.
- Team and personal pages (Teams, Users, Profile) always use your main theme.
- Star a board to open on it every time you launch Vision.
- A first-run tour that walks through it all: create your first team, add your first task, create a sprint, start it, add your task to it, create a project, look inside it, then your team, people and access, and your profile.
- Tour steps that ask you to create something advance only when you actually do it.
- Progress through the tour is remembered per person.

Pick a theme
Profile, Appearance, then choose a theme.
Theme a board
Click the selected board’s name in the sidebar and choose a theme just for it.
Star your board
Click the star next to a board to open there on launch.
Take the tour

Does Vision have a dark mode?
Yes. Dark is one of the built-in themes, and you can also set a different theme on any board just for yourself.

Yes. A guided tour walks new people through creating a team, a task, a sprint and a project, and only moves on when they have done each step.
Can I choose which board opens first?
Yes. Star a board in the sidebar and Vision opens on it at launch.
