People and workload
Autessa Vision includes a people directory with workload. The Users page lists everyone with their boards and roles, open workload, the projects they lead and their recent activity, and you can search, filter by board or role and sort by workload. Your Profile shows your own work across every board: tickets in progress and closed, and your projects.
The problem
“Who is working on what?” takes a meeting
Across several boards, nobody can see one person’s total load. The directory adds it up across every board you can see, so you can spot overload before it becomes burnout.
What you get
- Directory stats: people, on a board, on no board, and owners or admins.
- Search by name or email; filter by board and by role (owner, admin, member).
- Sort by name, workload or number of boards.
- A workload bar per person, from open tasks across the boards you can see.
- Select a person to see their boards and roles, workload, projects led and recent activity, and add them to a board.
- Add a person with a full name, a unique email and an optional avatar (up to 1 MB); edit or remove people after confirming.
- Profile: your tickets in progress and closed, and your projects in progress, not started and done, across every board.

Can I see each person’s workload in Vision?

Can someone be on several boards?
Yes. A person can be on any number of teams, with a different role on each.
