Who can do what?

| Sales rep | Capture, edit their view of a lead, add notes, voice notes and photos, rate leads and draft follow-ups. Capture is never restricted by role. |
| Sales manager | Everything a rep can, plus edit and delete leads, export CSV and archive events. |
| Administrator | Everything a manager can, plus delete events and manage the People directory. |
| Read only | See events and leads. |
