Booth Capture shares its roles with Autessa CRM: administrator, sales manager, sales rep and read only. Everyone can capture. Managers edit, delete and export leads and archive events. Administrators delete events and manage the People directory. Sign-in is handled by Autessa.

The problem
A booth app should not need its own user admin
Booth staff change every show. Booth Capture uses the same people and roles as the CRM, and Autessa’s own sign-in, so there is no separate list of logins to maintain.
What you get
- Four roles: administrator, sales manager, sales rep, read only.
- Capture is never restricted by role.
- People directory: list people, change role and status (active, inactive, suspended), add someone.
- Adding someone to the directory does not grant access; they still need an Autessa invite and access to the app.
- The footer shows “Signed in as <name> · <role>.”

Administrators add them with first name, last name, email, phone and role.
