Events
Events in Autessa Booth Capture hold everything about a show: create one by name, then keep its start and end dates, venue, city, booth number, goals and notes and the booth team on it. Run several events, switch between them, archive one when it is over, or open it in the CRM.
The problem
Leads without an event are leads without context
Which show was it, which booth, who was staffing, and what were we there to achieve? Booth Capture files every lead under its event and keeps that event as the same record the CRM uses for the campaign.
What you get
- New event: just an event name, e.g. “SaaS Summit 2026.” Anyone capturing can create one.
- Event details: Starts, Ends, Venue, City, Booth number, Goals and notes.
- Team: add people from the directory by name or email.
- Event sheet links: Open in CRM, Leads for this event, Switch event.
- Rename an event and the CRM follows.
- Archive (managers): hides it from the list, leads stay. Delete (administrators): a full wipe plan before anything is removed.
- Open a specific event by link.
- Event details are edited offline too, and sent later.

Can I run several events at once?
Yes. Booth Capture holds as many events as you need, with one active at a time on each phone.
What happens to leads when I archive an event?
They stay. Archiving only hides the event from the list.
Where are event details stored?
On the event in Autessa CRM, so the booth and the campaign share one record.
