CSV export
Managers can export an event’s leads from Autessa Booth Capture to CSV: Export N leads as CSV downloads a file named for the event and date, with contact details, how you met, notes, how each lead was captured, by whom and when, and its follow-up state.
The problem
Sometimes the list has to go somewhere else
Partners, co-exhibitors and finance sometimes want a file. The export gives them one in a standard format without anyone copying rows by hand.
What you get
- File name: <event>-leads-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
- Columns: Full name, Job title, Company, Email, Phone, How we met, Notes, Needs follow-up, Captured how, Captured by, Captured at, Follow-up, Followed up by, Followed up at.
- Available to sales managers and administrators.
- From the Events sheet, per event.
