Autessa Payments hosts a branded checkout and a customer billing portal for you. Checkout has two steps (details, then payment) with an order summary and tax; the billing page lets customers see their subscription, update their card, switch plans, cancel, resume and download invoices.
The problem it solves
Building checkout and billing pages is a project of its own
Secure card forms, tax on the billing address, trials, receipts and a manage-subscription page take weeks to build and keep compliant. Autessa hosts them in your branding, and card details never touch your app.
What you get
- Checkout shows your business name, logo and color, the plan or payment, trial terms and the total due today.
- Step 1 collects name, email (locked to the signed-in email when there is one) and billing address for tax; step 2 takes card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- The button reads Start free trial, Subscribe with the amount, or Pay with the amount.
- When done, customers see You’re all set and return to your app automatically.
- The billing page shows each subscription, next charge or trial end, payment method and invoices with PDFs.
- If a charge failed, the billing page shows the reason and a button to pay the invoice.
- Customer emails go out in your business’s name: receipts, trial started, trial ending, failed charge, cancellation and ended.

Does my app ever see card numbers?
No. Customers pay on an Autessa-hosted checkout; card details never touch your app.
Can customers cancel on their own?
Yes, at the end of the period, from their billing page. They can resume before then.
Is the processor named on checkout?
No. Checkout and billing show your business; the payment processor isn’t named on those pages.
