Subscription management
Autessa Payments shows every subscription with its customer, plan, status, price, next charge, the app it came from and when it started. Open one to see its payment method, credit for the next charge, retries and Cycle history, and to cancel at period end or immediately, resume, or switch plans.

“Why was I charged?” and “when does my plan end?” are the most common billing questions. The subscription page answers both, with the invoice for every cycle one click away.
What you get
- Filters: All, Active, Free trial, Payment overdue and Ended, with counts.
- Rows show the next charge or the retry in progress and the last failure reason.
- Detail fields: status, plan, price, next charge, current period end, trial end, payment method, credit, bought in, started, ended and why.
- Cycle history lists each invoice with its number, period, amount, status and paid date.
- Cancel at period end (access until the paid period ends, resumable) or Immediately (ends now, no refund, can’t be undone).
- Why it ended reads Canceled by the customer, Canceled by you, or Ended after the card was declined 4 times.

Questions about subscription management
What happens when I cancel immediately?
Access ends right away. If you want to give back the rest of the period, issue a refund separately, so you stay in control of every dollar.
Can I undo a cancellation?
Yes, if it was set for the end of the period: click Resume before that date.
Where do I see what a subscriber was charged?
In the subscription’s Cycle history, which lists every invoice it created.
