Autessa Phone & Texting supports business hours and holidays on every call flow. Set weekly hours in any time zone and named closed dates like Thanksgiving, and calls outside them go wherever you choose, including an AI agent that never closes.

Without hours, the phone rings in an empty office, or worse, wakes someone up. With hours and holidays, the line knows when you are open and does something sensible the rest of the time, like handing callers to an AI agent or a voicemail.
