Ring people and ring groups
Autessa Phone & Texting can ring people as a step in any call flow, like a ring group. Ring several browser phones or cell numbers at once or one at a time, with a whisper about the call, press 1 to accept, wait audio for the caller and a fallback when nobody answers.
The problem it solves
The call rings one desk, and that person is at lunch
When a call only rings one person, it goes to their voicemail, and the caller gives up. Ringing a group means whoever is free answers. Press 1 to accept means a personal voicemail never swallows a business call.
What you get
- Ring browser phones and cell numbers in the same step.
- Ring all at once, or one at a time with ring seconds for each person (20 seconds by default).
- "Ask them to press 1 to accept" keeps a cell's voicemail from answering the call.
- A whisper tells the person who is calling before they connect.
- Choose the caller ID they see: the business number (the default) or the caller's number.
- Play wait audio, such as hold music, while people are rung.
- An overall time limit and a no-answer destination, such as voicemail or an AI agent.
