Messages and triage · Autessa AI Receptionist
Calls and messages inbox
Autessa AI Receptionist puts every call and text in one inbox, Calls and messages, with tiles for what needs attention, search, filters and sortable columns. Each call opens to what the caller wanted, what the AI receptionist did, who it is for, the transfer screening log and the transcript.
The problem it solves
Messages scattered across voicemail, email and sticky notes
When calls go to voicemail and texts go to someone's phone, nobody knows what is still open. One inbox, with a clear New and Handled status, gives your team a shared list of who called and what is left to do.
What you get
- Stat tiles: Important, not handled; Not handled; Marked as spam; All calls. Click a tile to filter.
- Search across callers, companies, numbers, emails, reasons, messages and summaries.
- Filter by category and by status, New or Handled; test calls stay hidden unless you check "Show test calls".
- Every column sorts: When, Caller, Company, Reason, Category (urgent first), For, Receptionist and Status.
- Mark handled or Reopen, change the category, mark urgent, and choose who the call is for.
- A Transfer screening card shows every time the caller asked to be put through, what the screener decided and why.
- The transcript appears for people allowed to read your phone calls.
How it works
How does calls and messages inbox work?
Start with the tiles
Important, not handled is the first thing to clear. Click it and the list filters itself.
Open a call
See Why they called, the Message and a Summary, the caller's details, and what the receptionist did.
Act on it
Call back, then Mark handled. Or set who it is for, mark it urgent, or fix the category.
Check the screening
If the caller asked to be put through, the screening log shows each request and decision.
Keep it clean
Block a number from the call, or press Not spam if the receptionist was too strict.
