Caller pages

Autessa AI Receptionist keeps a caller page for every number that calls or texts your main line: its call history, the name and company your team confirmed, private notes, and block or unblock. The AI receptionist uses the confirmed name as its best guess next time and asks the caller to confirm it.

The problem it solves

Who is this, and have they called before?

Without caller history, every call starts cold and the same caller gets three different spellings across three messages. One page per number gives your team the full picture, and lets them fix a name once so the receptionist gets it right from then on.

What you get

  • Callers lists everyone who has called or texted, one row per number, with calls count and last call.
  • Badges show Blocked, Test number, and Confirmed when a teammate saved the name.
  • Each caller page lists every call from that number with the name they gave, reason, category and outcome.
  • Fix the name and company once; the receptionist uses it as its guess and confirms it on the next call.
  • Private notes, up to 2,000 characters, that the receptionist never reads to callers.
  • Mark a number as a teammate's test number, and earlier calls are retagged.

How it works

How does caller pages work?

  1. Find the caller

Search names, companies and numbers (three or more digits) on Callers.

  2. Open their page

See every call from the number and how each was handled.

  3. Confirm who it is

Set the name and company. The receptionist will ask "Am I speaking with…?" next time.

  4. Add notes or block

Add private notes, mark it as a test number, or block the number.

Questions

Questions about caller pages

Does the AI receptionist keep caller history?

Yes. Every number that calls or texts gets a caller page with all its calls, the name and company your team confirmed, private notes, and block or unblock.

Does the receptionist read my notes?

No. Notes are only for your team and are never read to callers.

If I fix a caller's name, will the receptionist use it?

Yes, as its best guess. It still asks "Am I speaking with…?" before assuming.
