Callers, setup and testing · Autessa AI Receptionist
Setup check
Autessa AI Receptionist checks its own setup: every time an admin opens Setup, it verifies the number, texting, the live agent, sharing, encryption, filing, directory sync, the morning summary, urgent alerts and who covers each kind of call. Company admins fix anything that is off with one click on Fix everything.
The problem it solves
Quiet failures are the worst kind
A receptionist depends on a number, an agent, schedules and automations. If one of them drifts, calls still get answered but messages stop being filed or alerts stop going out, and nobody notices until a customer complains. A setup check catches it the next time anyone looks.
What you get
- Runs every time you open Setup, with "Last checked …" and "N to look at" or "All working".
- Each item shows Working, Fixed, Needs fixing, Needs you or Couldn't check.
- Checks that calls and texts reach the receptionist, texting is on, the receptionist is live and every call is filed after it ends.
- Checks that phone numbers stay encrypted and everything is shared with the company.
- Checks the morning summary is scheduled and urgent alerts reach someone.
- Checks someone can take transferred calls and every kind of call has an owner: sales and demos, customer support, engineering and access, and security.
- Fix everything repairs what it can; "Needs you" items say what a person must do.
