Morning summary email

Autessa AI Receptionist sends a morning summary email: each weekday, your team gets one email listing the important calls first, urgent ones at the top, then every call marked as spam with the reason. It is the AI receptionist's daily report, sent at the time, time zone and days you choose.

The problem it solves

Nobody opens the call log

An inbox only helps if someone checks it. A short daily email puts the calls that matter in front of the right people, and listing the spam calls means a real customer wrongly filtered out is easy to spot.

What you get

  • Important calls first, with urgent ones at the very top.
  • Spam calls next, each with the reason, so mistakes are easy to catch.
  • Counts of routine, vendor and needs-a-look calls, and a link to open the inbox.
  • Subject lines like "N important, M spam (K calls)", or "no new calls" on a quiet day.
  • Up to four recipients: the first is To, the rest are CC.
  • Before it sends, it files any recent call that somehow was not filed, so nothing slips through.
  • Test calls are never included.

How it works

How does morning summary email work?

  1. Choose recipients

On Setup, add up to four email addresses under "Send it to".

  2. Choose when

Pick a time (24-hour), a time zone and the days. The default is 07:30, America/Los_Angeles, Monday to Friday.

  3. Save and apply

The schedule is updated right away.

  4. Read it each morning

Important calls, then spam, then counts, with a link to the inbox. Change a category in the app and the next email follows your choice.
