Triage queue and bulk edits
Autessa Vision includes a triage queue for every team: new work that is not in a sprint lands on the Triage page, where a lead can filter it, select many tasks at once and set status, sprint, project, assignee, priority, points, due date and labels in bulk, or run AI auto-triage on the whole queue.
The problem
The backlog grows faster than anyone reads it
Requests arrive from standups, customers and other teams, and most land with no owner, no estimate and no sprint. Left alone, the backlog becomes a graveyard. A triage queue gives that intake a home and a routine: look at what is new, decide, move on.
What you get
- The default scope is Backlog (untriaged): open tasks with no sprint on this board.
- Switch the scope to any sprint, any project (or No project), all open tasks, or all tasks including done.
- Quick filters with counts: All, Unassigned, No project and No estimate.
- The queue sorts high priority first, then oldest first; missing values and overdue dates are highlighted.
- Tick tasks, or Shift-click to select a range, then use the bulk bar: Status, Move to sprint, Move to project, Assign to and Priority.
- A second bulk row sets points, sets or clears a due date, adds or removes a label, and deletes tasks with their subtasks after confirming.
- The selection stays after a bulk edit, so you can make several changes to the same tasks in a row.
- Bulk add tasks opens New with AI in notes mode to paste a list and add it to any board and sprint.

Open Triage
From the sidebar or G then T. The queue shows this board’s untriaged work.
Narrow it
Pick a scope and a quick filter, such as Unassigned, to focus on one kind of gap.
Select
Tick rows or Shift-click a range. Select all from the header checkbox.
Decide in bulk
Set the sprint, owner, priority, project, points, due date or labels for everything selected. Vision reports how many updated.
Or let AI plan it
Press Auto-triage to get a proposed plan for every task, reviewed before anything changes.

What is the triage queue in Vision?
It is the Triage page: every open task on the board with no sprint. Leads review it, fill in what is missing in bulk, and plan it into a sprint by hand or with AI.
Can I bulk edit tasks in Vision?
Yes. Select tasks on the Triage page and set status, sprint, project, assignee, priority, points, due date or labels for all of them, or delete them. The board also has a bulk bar for status, assignee, priority, project and sprint.
Can I triage something other than the backlog?
Yes. The scope menu switches the table to any sprint, any project, all open tasks or every task.
