Vision AI agents
Autessa Vision includes AI agents for project management, each tuned to a page: Tasks, Triage, Sprint, Projects and Calendar. Open the Vision AI tab in New with AI and you chat with the agent for the page you are on. Each one is handed the board’s columns, members, sprints, projects and tasks, can read images and files you share, and confirms before it changes anything.
The problem
Questions about the board need a person who knows the board
“What is at risk this sprint?” or “who has capacity?” usually means asking the lead, who has to go and look. The Vision agents already have the board in front of them, so anyone can ask and get a specific answer.
What you get
- Tasks agent: capture, triage, prioritize and update tasks on this board.
- Triage agent: sort the backlog for the whole team by sprint, owner, priority and duplicates.
- Sprint agent: track the active sprint, spot risk and plan the next one.
- Projects agent: project status, blockers, and turning discussion into work.
- Calendar agent: due dates, deadlines and what is overdue.
- Each agent starts with suggested prompts, such as “What should I work on next?” or “What’s due this week?”.
- Share a photo of a whiteboard or sticky notes, or a file, and the agent extracts the tasks and lists them back before adding.
- The agents work through Vision’s own actions (read tasks, read the board, add, update, delete) and confirm before any change; the page refreshes when they do.

AI assist
How Vision AI helps
The agents run inside your Autessa workspace. They are instructed to coach rather than dump (3 to 5 things at a time), to read the board’s real columns, sprints and members before proposing changes, and to always confirm before adding, changing or deleting.
Vision AI always shows a preview or asks first. You decide what is applied.
