Vision AI

New with AI is Autessa Vision’s AI task capture. Press ⌘J (or Ctrl+J) anywhere and describe what you want: one sentence becomes one fully filled task, meeting notes or a spec become a checklist of up to 20 tasks, and a request like “give the login bug to Sam and push the docs to Friday” becomes a set of before-and-after changes to existing tasks. You review everything before it is saved.

• New task: “fix login bug for Sam by Friday, urgent” becomes a task with title, description, priority, assignee, sprint, project, due date and labels.
• Notes to tasks: meeting notes, a spec or a brain dump become up to 20 actionable tasks, with duplicates merged, broad items split and pure discussion skipped.
• Change tasks: plain-language edits to assignee, project, sprint, due date, priority, status or title, each shown as before → after.

Every task page in Autessa Vision has AI triage. Press Suggest improvements and Vision AI proposes a priority and an assignee (each with a reason), an estimate, labels and a due date where missing, a sharper description with acceptance criteria, up to six subtasks, and possible duplicates. Apply only what you like; it goes into your draft until you save.

Pulse is the home feed in Autessa Vision. It greets you, shows how many tasks are assigned to you, overdue, stuck for 7+ days and shipped this week, lists your focus and what needs attention, and offers an AI digest of the board: a one-line headline, what moved, what is at risk and what you should do next.

• Counts for assigned to you, overdue, stuck 7+ days and shipped this week, with warnings when overdue or stuck work exists.
• My focus: your open tasks, most urgent first by due date and priority.
• Needs attention: overdue tasks, tasks stuck in progress for more than 7 days, and high-priority tasks with no owner.

Autessa Vision includes AI agents for project management, each tuned to a page: Tasks, Triage, Sprint, Projects and Calendar. Open the Vision AI tab in New with AI and you chat with the agent for the page you are on. Each one is handed the board’s columns, members, sprints, projects and tasks, can read images and files you share, and confirms before it changes anything.
