Autessa Vision features
Projects
Autessa Vision project management groups long-lived work across sprints: a projects dashboard with derived status and roll-ups, a workspace for notes, diagrams, files and discussion, and AI status updates with a health call.
Why it matters
Autessa Vision projects group long-lived work with a derived status, a workspace for notes, files and discussion, and AI-written status updates.
A project needs more than a task list: a plan, context and a regular update. Vision keeps all of it next to the tasks, and computes status so it is never stale.
At a glance
- Status derived from tasks
- Points, unassigned and overdue roll-ups
- Notes, diagrams, files and comments
- On track, at risk or off track updates

What each part of projects does
Projects dashboard →
Autessa Vision includes project management with a projects dashboard: every project you can access across your boards, grouped by whether work has started, with roll-ups for points committed, tasks complete, unassigned tasks and overdue tasks. Each project’s status is derived from its own tasks, so it never goes stale.
- Project status is derived: Not started (no tasks or all to do), In progress (some work started) or Done (all tasks done).
- Progress counts how far each task has moved through the board’s columns, so the last column is 100%.
- Dashboard roll-ups across active projects: points committed, tasks complete, unassigned and overdue.
Project workspace →
Every project in Autessa Vision has its own workspace: a progress ring and status counts, notes that autosave, diagrams and files, a discussion thread with attachments, and a Scheduled / Not scheduled board where you drag the project’s tasks into the current sprint.
- A progress ring and To Do, In Progress and Done counts; click a count to list those tasks.
- Notes in the Notion-style editor autosave as you type; /page creates a new task in the project.
- Image attachments show as Diagrams you can open full size; other files are listed under Files.
AI project updates →
Autessa Vision writes project status updates for you. Press Write update in a project and Vision AI reads the project’s tasks and notes, makes a health call (On track, At risk or Off track), and lists progress, risks and recommended next steps, naming real tasks and people. Post as update adds it to the project’s discussion; nothing is posted automatically.
- Health: On track, At risk (slipping, overdue or stale work, unowned high-priority items) or Off track (major blockers or most work overdue).
- A one-sentence headline, then up to four items each for progress, risks and next steps.
- Based only on the project’s data: its tasks, its lead and its notes.
