Project workspace
Every project in Autessa Vision has its own workspace: a progress ring and status counts, notes that autosave, diagrams and files, a discussion thread with attachments, and a Scheduled / Not scheduled board where you drag the project’s tasks into the current sprint.
The problem
A project is more than its task list
Goals, decisions, diagrams and the back-and-forth that shaped them usually live in separate docs that nobody can find later. The Vision project workspace keeps them next to the work, so the project page is the project.
What you get
- A progress ring and To Do, In Progress and Done counts; click a count to list those tasks.
- Notes in the Notion-style editor autosave as you type; /page creates a new task in the project.
- Image attachments show as Diagrams you can open full size; other files are listed under Files.
- Upload files straight to the project, up to 2 MB each.
- A discussion thread where anyone on the team can comment and attach files.
- Not Scheduled and Scheduled columns: drag a task to Scheduled to put it in the active sprint (or the next one), or back to clear its sprint.
- Edit the person of contact inline; people who cannot edit see a View only badge.

AI assist
How Vision AI helps
Write update drafts a status update from the project’s tasks, and Post as update adds it to the discussion. The Projects agent can turn the discussion into tasks.
Vision AI always shows a preview or asks first. You decide what is applied.

Can I keep project notes and files in Vision?
