AI task triage
Every task page in Autessa Vision has AI triage. Press Suggest improvements and Vision AI proposes a priority and an assignee (each with a reason), an estimate, labels and a due date where missing, a sharper description with acceptance criteria, up to six subtasks, and possible duplicates. Apply only what you like; it goes into your draft until you save.
The problem
Half-written tasks slow everyone down
“Fix search” with no owner, no estimate and no acceptance criteria turns into three clarifying conversations. AI triage reads the task, its comments and the rest of the board, and fills the gaps in seconds, the way a careful lead would.
What you get
- Priority and assignee suggestions come with a short reason.
- Estimate, labels and due date are only suggested when the task does not already have them.
- A sharper description adds context and acceptance criteria as a checklist, written only from what is known.
- Up to six concrete subtasks for tasks bigger than one sitting that have none yet.
- Up to three possible duplicates from the board, each linked to the other task.
- Each suggestion has its own Apply; applied fields go into the draft, so Save changes still commits them.
- If the task is already well triaged, Vision says so and suggests nothing.

Questions about ai task triage
Can AI improve a single task in Vision?
Yes. Suggest improvements on the task page proposes priority, owner, estimate, labels, due date, a better description, subtasks and duplicates.
Are AI suggestions saved automatically?
No. Applying a suggestion puts it in your draft; it is saved only when you press Save changes.
Does it invent requirements?
No. The improved description is written only from the information on the task and its comments, and is left blank if the current one is already good.
