Task details
Every task in Autessa Vision has a full page with everything about it: status, priority, assignee, sprint, project, due date, estimate in story points and labels, a rich description, subtasks, relations, attachments, a comment thread and a history of every change. It opens from any board, list, sprint, project, calendar or profile.
The problem
Context lives everywhere except the task
Decisions get made in chat, files sit in someone’s downloads, and nobody remembers who changed the due date. When the task page holds the description, the discussion, the files and the history, anyone can pick up the work without a handover meeting.
What you get
- Every task has a short key such as ENG-432, made from the board name and the task’s id, with a one-click copy.
- Fields: status, priority (low, medium, high), assignee from the team, sprint or backlog, project, due date with an Overdue hint, estimate in points, and labels.
- The description uses the Notion-style notes editor; typing /page creates a linked subtask.
- Attach files up to 2 MB each to the task or to any comment, and download them later.
- A comment thread at the bottom keeps the discussion with the work; you can delete your comments and their files go with them.
- Activity history records who created the task and every change to status, priority, assignee, title, sprint, due date, estimate and labels.
- Press ⌘ or Ctrl+S to save and Esc to go back to the page you came from.
How it works
How does task details work in Autessa Vision?
Open the task
Click a card or row anywhere in Vision. The page opens on its own address, so you can share the link and it works from any board you belong to.
Edit the details
Change any field, rewrite the description, add labels from suggestions already used on the board, and attach files.
Save
Press Save changes or ⌘S. Vision records each change in the activity history, and moving the task into the done column celebrates it.
Talk it through
Comment with files attached. Teammates see the thread on the task page.

AI assist
How Vision AI helps
The task page has AI triage: press Suggest improvements and Vision AI proposes priority, owner, estimate, labels and a due date with reasons, a sharper description with acceptance criteria, subtasks and possible duplicates. Applied suggestions go into your draft, so nothing is saved until you press Save changes.
Vision AI always shows a preview or asks first. You decide what is applied.
