Filters and saved views
Autessa Vision lets you filter a board by assignee, priority, project and label, then save the layout, grouping, ordering and filters as a named view. A view is private to you unless you share it, and shared views appear for everyone on the board.
The problem
Everyone rebuilds the same filters every morning
The lead wants high-priority work by assignee; the engineer wants their own bugs; the standup wants everything due this week. Without saved views, each person re-clicks the same filters every day. With them, each lens is one click.
What you get
- Filter by assignee (or Unassigned), priority, project (or No project) and label, plus a text search.
- Active filters show as chips in the view bar; click × on a chip to remove it.
- Save the current layout, grouping, ordering and filters with a name, such as “My high priority”.
- Choose whether a view is shared with the board when you save it, and switch it between private and shared later.
- A dot marks a view with unsaved changes; update it in one click.
- The Views menu lists My views and Shared with this board separately.
How it works
How does filters and saved views work in Autessa Vision?
Filter
Open Filter and pick an assignee, priority, project and label. The chips show what is applied.
Arrange
Use Display to choose board or list, a grouping and an ordering.
Save
In Views, name the view and choose whether to share it with the board.
Reuse and refine
Pick the view any time. Change it, and the dot reminds you to update it.
