Markdown, text and code

Autessa Drive opens Markdown as rich text by default, so you can write headings, lists, tables, links and pictures without touching syntax, and switch to Source or Split when you want the raw Markdown. Plain text opens in a simple editor, and JSON, CSV and code open with syntax highlighting; all of them support live co-editing.

Notes and runbooks live in the wrong tools

Teams keep how-tos, meeting notes and agent instructions in Markdown because it is portable and readable by AI, but most drives treat .md as a download. Writing it should feel like a document.

AI agents

How AI agents use it

Markdown is the format agents read and write best. An agent can keep notes, write summaries and edit instructions in .md files, and people see the result as a formatted document with every change in version history.

Agents only reach files the person they act for can open, and every agent write is a version you can undo.
