File and folder uploads
Autessa Drive uploads single files or whole folder trees by drag and drop or from the toolbar, recreating the folder structure as it goes. When a name already exists you choose Keep both or Replace, and large files upload in parts that resume on their own after a brief network drop.

Big uploads fail at the worst moment
Uploading a project folder with hundreds of photos and drawings usually means zipping it, waiting, and starting over when the Wi-Fi blinks. Name clashes either overwrite the wrong file or create a mess of duplicates.
how-it-works
How does file and folder uploads work in Autessa Drive?
- 1
Open the destination folder
Browse to where the files belong. Uploads always land in the folder you are looking at.
- 2
Drop files or a folder
Drag them from your desktop onto the list, or use the New menu. Autessa plans the upload, checks storage and creates any folders it needs.
- 3
Resolve name clashes once
If a name exists, pick Keep both or Replace, and Apply to all if you want the same answer for every clash in the batch.
- 4
Watch it finish
Follow progress in the upload panel. Each finished file is extracted in the background so it becomes searchable shortly after.
