Page editing and redlines
While an Autessa envelope is still a draft, you can edit the document itself: delete pages you do not need, append a PDF to the end, reorder pages, and draw red strike lines through clauses the way you would redline on paper. Once the envelope is sent, the document is frozen.
The problem it solves
One wrong page means starting over
A blank scanner page, a missing addendum or a clause both sides agreed to drop usually sends people back to their word processor, then through upload and field placement again. Autessa lets you fix the document inside the builder, so your recipients and fields stay where they are.
What you get

Delete, append or reorder
Remove pages, add a PDF to the end, or put pages in a new order.
Strike a clause
Turn on strike mode and drag across the text. The red line becomes part of the document that is signed.
Send
The edited document is what gets prefilled, signed and sealed. From here on it cannot change.

Who can do what?

Can I redline a contract before sending it?
Yes. Turn on strike mode in the field editor and drag to draw a red line through a clause. Click the × on a line to remove it.
What if I need to change a document after it is sent?
Void the envelope and send a corrected one. Sent documents are frozen, so every signature covers exactly what was sent.
Can I delete a blank page?
Yes, while the envelope is a draft. Delete pages, append a PDF or reorder pages from the field editor.
