Signed copies for everyone
When an Autessa envelope completes, every signer and viewer is emailed a link to the final sealed PDF. The link opens a hosted download page that mints a fresh, short-lived download URL each time, and offers a request-a-new-link button if it has gone stale, so people can retrieve their copy months later without contacting you.
The problem it solves
“Can you send me the signed copy again?”
Long after a contract is signed, someone always needs it: for an audit, a renewal or a dispute. If the only copy is an expired attachment link, the sender becomes the archive. Autessa’s download page keeps working for the people on the envelope.
