Can Homebase prove training completion for an audit?

Yes. Learning admin shows completion by training and downloads the evidence: who completed what, when and how. Completions can also be sent to Vanta every day.

Do I have to write courses from scratch?

No. Setup installs starter trainings such as security awareness, code of conduct, preventing harassment and data privacy basics, and the course builder lets you edit any course in a draft.

What happens when a policy changes?

Publishing a real change records a new version, and you can ask everyone it applies to to confirm the new version.
